Diamond Hook was initially tasked with launching a new SMS channel and social ads — all with less than two weeks before their highly-anticipated BFCM sale.
After rapidly growing the subscriber list, we built a 5-day SMS automation that generated a half million dollars in the program's first two weeks. The exponential growth has continued since, tracking for a non-stop ROI in the hundreds.
From leading multimillion dollar product drops to Shopify < > SaaS partner implementations, Diamond Hook has been responsible for executing all of SET's online needs, flawlessly. Since the company has exponentially grown, we now work on retainer alongside their in-house e-commerce team.
Our team has facilitated the addition of numerous new features on the site, including a members only shopping experience, Loyalty and Rewards program, community program landing page, security updates, a custom bundle upsell, custom collection pages for A/B testing, and more.

The reimagined Obviously logo showcases a thick ring-light-like “O” that doubles as a camera lens with a smaller circle representing a flash.
The Obviously logomark italicizes “us” to emphasize connection and their vast network.
We redefined Urban Sophistication’s text hierarchy, thoughtfully implementing stand-out text placements as visual design elements with the use of all caps and large font size.
